BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Sorry, although we do have 1 very friendly Yellow Labrador dog that we try to keep behind gates in our areas of the home, we cannot accommodate any pets in the guest's rooms. Our rooms & rates allow a maximum of 2 persons only and we are currently unable to accommodate children under 5 years of age. Please call the office Mon-Fri between 10 am and noon to inquire if we can accommodate children under 12 during your stay. Check-in time: Rooms are available for checkin from 4 pm to 6 pm and check out time is 11 am. Late check out / early check in: We endeavor to make your stay a memorable one. Wherever possible, we will accommodate your needs. We may be able to allow you to check your luggage in early with pre-arrangement with the maid service prior to your arrival. Ask the reservation desk if we can accomodate your needs. Smoking is restricted to certain outdoor areas only, designated by smoking receptacles. Our fire alarms were set by our local Fire Station to be extremely sensitive to smoke and WILL go off, waking the whole house, & pretty much the entire neighborhood, if someone smokes anything inside. This also results in a false alarm with the fire station, who upon arriving, will decipher which room, and what behavior, triggered the smoke &/or fire alarms. Any & all charges and losses derived by this inconvenience to our guests, plus, smoke cleaning costs of $175.00 will be charged to the guest discovered to have caused any &/or all of this by abusing this non-smoking policy. Booking & Cancellation Policy-All cancellations must be submitted in writing, either by confirmed email to info@arrowheadmanor.com or by certified mail & shoud be followed up by a phone call by the Guest to confirm our receipt. A deposit of 1/2 of the total stay will be owed & charged on all bookings of 2 nights or more, with the remainder owed & charged approximately 7-14 days before or possibly after, your stay. We do accommodate 1 night stays. If we are able to accommodate your 1 night stay, a deposit of 100% will be charged & owed at booking. On two night stays, if you need to cancel, all we ask is that you give us 30 days notice for any reserved date(s) in low season, 60 days notice in high, (low season Oct 1-April 14th and high season is between April 15th-Sept 30th) and we will completely refund your full charges, less our refund/rebooking administrative processing fee of 10% of the total booking charges. If you are unable to give the above notice, either because you booked too late, or because time does not allow, we will, of course, try to rebook your room(s) & will promptly refund all applicable room charges that we do receive upon rebooking, less our 10% refund/rebooking administrative processing fee of 10%. Any refunds or recharges to your bill, instigated by Guest will also be subject to a 10% refund administrative processing fee. Any illegitimate chargeback attempts will result in a $100 administrative processing fee to the person instigating such. Damages-We do take pride in offering fine linens, furnishings, and amenities. A full room inventory is taken between guests and any damage to or theft of Arrowhead Manor property will be charged to your account in full upon discovery. A complete price list for any additional items is posted on the mini fridge &/or in the guest book located in each room. Extra Guests-Our posted room rates are for Double Occupancy only, additional Guests in any room will incur $39 eper each additional guest to $69 each additional guest depending on Season, Hi or Lo, and Weekday or Weekend, and child or adult. Please call before bringing additional Guests if you think you might have any issues with that pricing policy.
SPECIAL NOTE!: If you think you will be wanting to cook &/or Serve &/or entertain any guests at the Manor, you will need to have every detail of the event pre-approved by Arrowhead Manor, or you will be charged at the regular rates. Sorry, but in that instance we cannot offer any discounts or, exceptions. Call for prices &/or availability.
